Survey context
The Fall 2026 report was conducted by Dig Insights from June 8 to June 24, 2026, using a nationally representative sample of 1,882 Americans age 18 and older. The Specialty Coffee Report is also based on nationally representative research commissioned by the National Coffee Association.
